Get your free estimateThe Dryden Restoration San Jose Guarantee
When water, fire, or mold damages a San Jose home, the repair only matters if it holds. Our guarantee is simple to say and harder to do: we put the price in writing before any work starts, we show up when we said we would, we leave the job site cleaner than we found it, and we stand behind the repair for a full year. If a covered repair fails inside that year, we come back and fix it at no charge. Not a prorated credit. Not a service fee. A free return visit, documented in writing on every job we do. That’s what we mean when we say we stand behind our work.
Carl Brandt, Owner at Dryden Restoration San Jose, has kept that promise since 2005. It’s not a marketing line. It’s the way we run every job, from a small under-sink leak in Willow Glen to a full fire restoration in Almaden Valley.
What’s Covered
- Workmanship on every repair. If drywall we hung cracks, flooring we installed buckles, or a paint match fails inside 365 days, we return and correct it at zero cost.
- Written price before any work starts. You get a line-item scope and total in writing, and that number does not change at the door. No surprise change orders, no “we found more damage” upcharges without a conversation and a new signed scope first.
- On-time arrival, in writing. We commit to an arrival window when we schedule, and we hold ourselves to it. If something breaks that commitment, you’ll hear from a live person, not a voicemail.
- Clean job site, every time. We haul out debris, run a final cleanup pass, and leave your home in better condition than we found it. You should not have to sweep up after a restoration crew.
- Professional-grade equipment and standards. We use Dri-Eaz, Phoenix, XPOWER, B-Air, and Injectidry systems, and our techs work to IICRC, RIA, and IFA standards, which are the restoration industry’s recognized benchmarks for training and ethics.
- Background-checked, uniformed technicians. Every person who enters your home has passed a background check and arrives in a Dryden uniform, so you know exactly who you’re letting through the door.
Restoration work we handle

Our Satisfaction Promise
Here’s how it works if something isn’t right. You call us at (669) 770-7417. A live person answers, because we don’t route customers to a call-back queue when they’re standing in a wet living room or looking at a sagging patch of drywall. We schedule a return visit, we assess the issue against the original work scope, and we explain what we found in plain English.
If the issue falls under our workmanship guarantee, we fix it. That’s the 365-Day Done Right Promise, and it’s in writing on every job we do in San Jose. If the issue is outside our scope, maybe a new problem from a new source, we’ll tell you that too, with a written price before any new work begins. Either way, you get a straight answer. No runaround, no blaming the previous owner, no waiting two weeks for a call back.
We also know that restoration work is disruptive. You didn’t plan to have fans running in your kitchen for four days. So our satisfaction promise includes the way we treat your home during the job, not just the final result. Drop cloths on the path in. Respect for your time. A clear explanation of what we’re doing and why, using the trade’s real words and then translating them: psychrometric drying, that’s the science of getting moisture out of air and building materials. RH, that’s relative humidity, the number we track until your walls actually measure dry, not just look dry.
Licensed & Insured Backing
A guarantee is only as real as the company behind it. Dryden Restoration San Jose is a licensed and insured restoration contractor, and we carry that coverage because it’s what protects you if something goes sideways on a job. Insurance means a real, external accountability mechanism, not just our word. Licensing means we answer to state standards, not just our own conscience.
We’re also aligned with IICRC, RIA, and IFA standards, which are the restoration industry’s recognized benchmarks for training, ethics, and process. Those certifications mean our technicians follow documented procedures for water extraction, structural drying, mold containment, and fire restoration, not someone’s best guess. And because we are an independently owned and operated Kingswell company, every job is governed by The Kingswell Guarantee: a written price before work begins, a committed arrival window, a clean job site, and a written 365-Day Done Right Promise that entitles you to a free return visit if any covered repair fails. That’s the whole thing. No fine print, no exclusions hiding in a footnote.
We serve San Jose homeowners in neighborhoods from Evergreen to Rose Garden to Berryessa, and the guarantee doesn’t change based on your zip code. Water out, house dry, damage repaired. That’s the job. We stand behind it.
